I have 16 years’ experience of teaching at the tertiary levels. Currently I am serving as a Professor of Management in R. P. Shaha University (RPSU), Narayanganj, Bangladesh. Prior to this, I worked in different leading public and private universities. I have also worked as a trainer, consultant, and researcher in various institutions. I have participated in several national and international seminars, webinars, workshops, and training programs. Moreover, I have a good number of research articles, conference proceedings, and book chapters to my credit.
My research interests include the Concentration of Business Administration, particularly large-scale surveys on HR impact on performance, global HR practice, its socio-economic consequences and global attitudes towards ageing and retirement, modelling turnover and retention planning in developing countries etc.
