My name is Abu Rayhan, and I am currently serving as a Lecturer in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at R. P. Shaha University. I hold a B.Sc. Engg. degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Science and Technology University, Gopalganj.
I have previously worked as a Research Assistant at BSMRSTU, where I contributed to five research papers, with one already published. My expertise includes teaching, conducting research, and using engineering software effectively. My Research Interests are semiconductors, Electronics, Optoelectronics, Solar cells, Renewable Energy, halide-based perovskites, and Metamaterials.
I am passionate about the teaching profession and committed to delivering quality education to my students.
